How to Cook:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Reheat the pork in a large skillet.

Add 1 cup of green enchilada sauce.

Divide the pork mixture between the 4 tortillas and top with ¼ cup cheese.

Roll up the tortillas and fold them on the sides.

Transfer the tortillas to a baking dish and cover them with the remaining sauce and cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Top each tortilla with some chopped jalapeno pepper.
